P999 Login Guide
Login is only a match: the same phone or email, the same password, on the same app. This page is for failed attempts, resets, and messages that pretend to be support.

Details that must match
Type the number with the Pakistan code the form expects, or the exact email from signup. A space or a +92 mix-up looks like a wrong account. Optional Google, Facebook, or Telegram buttons only work if you used that shortcut when you registered.
Stay on the login screen. A chat that says “verify here” is not the app. Real reset sits behind Forgot Password on that same screen.
If login fails
| What you see | What to try |
|---|---|
| Wrong password | Check caps lock, then use only in-app reset. |
| Number not found | You may still need to register on this build. |
| OTP asked in WhatsApp | Close the chat. Codes stay in your own SMS or email. |
| Logged in on another phone | Finish or log out there, then sign in here. |
Do not save the password on a borrowed phone. After you are in, open the wallet icon so you know where deposits will land. Cash-out steps are on the withdraw page.
Reset without handing the account over
A reset sends a code to the number or email already on the account. Anyone who asks you to forward that code is trying to take it. If you never registered, go back to register instead of forcing a login.
