Cash versus bonus

The wallet can show one number that mixes cash and bonus. Bonus credit usually needs wagering before any of it can leave. If the request is rejected, read the in-app reason before you send another.

Ask only for an amount you can actually withdraw. A small first request is easier to track than a large one. You need a working login and a completed deposit on the same account.

First payout versus later ones

  1. Open withdraw from the same wallet area you used to add funds.
  2. Pick JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank scan — the one already bound to you.
  3. Confirm the name on that wallet matches the account.
  4. Submit and save the request ID.

The first cash-out can sit longer because of checks. Later ones are often quicker on the same bound method. Peak hours add delay. Opening a second ticket every few minutes does not speed the first one.

If the request sits

Wait for the stated window, then contact in-app support with the request ID and a screenshot. Do not send extra money to a personal number that claims to “release” the payout. If you still need the APK, use download. New users start at register.
