1. What this site is

p999 Guide publishes information about the P999 Game Android app. It is an independent reference site. We are not the developer, operator, publisher or an official source for that app, we are not endorsed by it, and we do not act on its behalf or on yours.

2. Information only, not advice

Everything here is general information. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, investment or professional advice, and it is not a recommendation to install, use or spend money on any application. Decisions you make after reading are yours. Where an answer depends on the law or on your own circumstances, consult someone qualified to advise you.

This site discusses real-money gambling and is intended solely for people aged 18 or over. Do not use it if you are younger, or if adult content of this kind is restricted where you are.

We do not host, distribute or mirror any APK file on our servers. Download buttons on this site are affiliate links to an external destination. If you use them, we may earn a commission. A link is not a guarantee of safety, legality or official status. Sideloading software is at your own risk, and you must be 18 or over.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Republish substantial parts of our text as your own, or scrape the site systematically
• Present yourself as p999 Guide, or imply that we endorse you, your site or any application
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, or access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it
• Use anything here for an unlawful purpose

The written content, layout and design of this site belong to us. You are welcome to quote a reasonable extract with a link back. Product names, logos and trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners; they appear here for identification and commentary only, which does not imply any association. The p999 Guide logo is our brand mark, not an official asset of the app this site describes. Screenshots were supplied for reference and remain the property of their owners — if you hold rights to material used here, contact us and we will act promptly.

8. Third-party links

Our pages link to services we do not control, including messaging and social platforms. We are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent the law allows, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its contents — including financial losses from gambling, losses from software obtained elsewhere, data loss, device damage, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Gambling risk

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
